Kayla Noonan was taken from us through an act of domestic violence two years ago, on 7/25/22.
In collaboration with Kayla's family, Steps to End Domestic Violence has created the Kayla Noonan Memorial Fund to support educational initiatives and programming focused on raising awareness and preventing future violence.
