DVAM - domestic Violence Awareness Month

What is DVAM?

Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) was first observed in 1981, and is held each October as a way to unite communities to end domestic violence.

During DVAM, we connect with the public to raise awareness about the signs of domestic violence and work to uplift survivor stories.
